V-JOINT TONGUE AND GROOVE
V-joint tongue and groove boards are used for paneling on walls and ceilings. Pine vjoint tongue and groove is our top selling product and will make your space feel natural and cozy while being an economical and high-quality solution. Our products are sourced from high-quality lumber including pine, fir, cedar, and more.
PENNY GAP TONGUE AND GROOVE/SHIPLAP
Shiplap paneling has a different installed appearance than that of our vjoint tongue and groove. Shiplap has been used in older buildings many years ago and has made a comeback recently in interior design. We also make penny gap tongue and groove which has the same installed appearance as shiplap, with the advantage being that a tongue and groove connection is more secure than a shiplap connection. We can custom mill these boards using cedar, fire, pine, etc.
STRUCTURAL TONGUE AND GROOVE
Structural tongue and groove boards can be made in 2×6, 2×8, and sometimes 2×10 dimensions. They can be used in loft floors acting as the structural flooring, exposed finished flooring, and exposed finished ceiling all in one product. They also are commonly used for cabin roofing material providing structural roofing and a beautiful exposed ceiling. The fir 2×6 tongue and groove is a great option for horse stalls and barns considering the durable qualities of fir and that horses don’t chew fir as much as pine. It can also be made in pine and cedar.
LIGHTWEIGHT TONGUE AND GROOVE
We started making this thin tongue and groove for a tiny home builder to keep the weight of their homes down and have found out it is a nice economical product. We make it about 5/16″ thick. It is a good option for any space you where want to have a natural cozy ambiance and can be installed directly over drywall or instead of drywall.
Wooden floors provide timeless beauty to any space. Our knotty fir flooring will give your home a cozy and rustic atmosphere. We can make flooring in custom dimensions including thicknesses up to 1-3/8” which gives you the option to use as a structural flooring, exposed ceiling, and finished flooring all in one product, saving money and installation time and giving a beautiful natural finish. We also can make flooring in pine or other species.
MOULDINGS AND TRIM
Real wood trim and mouldings provide a quality and stylish touch to doors, windows, and other building features. These are available in pine, fir, and hardwood and can be fabricated to exact specifications. We can finish products to meet traditional, rustic, and contemporary designs.
If you want your cabin to look authentic and rustic, log siding is a great option. It is a durable exterior siding with a secure connection and an excellent water-shedding design. Our log siding is created from high-quality pine, fir, or cedar.
BOARD AND BATTEN SIDING
Board and batten siding is a unique design style that places thin strips of wood battens over the seams of vertical wooden panel boards. We normally make it with a rough-sawn finish giving your home a beautiful natural and classy touch. We can make fir, pine, or cedar board and batten siding to fit any project.
Bevel siding is a rough-sawn tapered board installed horizontally with the thin edge on top and the next board simply overlapping it. It makes for a simple and economical siding while giving your build the beautiful touch of real wood that can’t be replicated. It goes well together with board and batten siding i.e. bevel siding on the walls and board and batten siding in the gable ends.
Channel siding is installed vertically and can be made with a rough or smooth finish. The boards overlap each like shiplap and there is an approximate 1” channel profile on the edge of each board where the adjacent board overlaps. Our channel siding products will add style, texture, and beauty to any home or building project.
HISTORIC DROP SIDING
Many of the old homestead buildings and barns have siding like this. We can custom manufacture it to match your old building or to give your new build a classic appearance. Drop siding is installed horizontally and has beautiful channel profile at the top edge of each board where the above board overlaps. Our historic drop siding is custom-made using high-quality pine, fir, and cedar.
